U.S. indie T Group Productions has inked a copro deal with Jack Osbourne’s Osbourne Media that will see the companies developing unscripted formats and docuseries in both the U.S. and UK.

Under the deal, the Jack Osbourne-helmed prodco is to relocate to T Group’s Santa Monica outpost, and will work with Jenny Daly, president of T Group, and Rob Lobl, executive VP of development and current programming. Together, Daly and Osbourne will serve as executive producers on all series.

The partnership is the latest for T Group, which recently inked a copro deal with London- and LA-based prodco Znak&Jones, focused on developing projects for the UK market.

Osbourne – who first starred in the VH1 series The Osbournes with his family – most recently served as co-anchor and West Coast correspondent for the daily live news show Fuse News.

Prior to heading Osbourne Media, he served as an executive producer with Schweet Entertainment, where his credits include Alpha Dogs (Nat Geo Wild) and Surviving the Apocalypse (National Geographic Channel), in addition to a number of pilots and development projects for Bravo, CBS, A&E, MTV and Style. Following the closing of Schweet Entertainment last year, the exec launched Osbourne Media.

“I feel genuinely excited and inspired by this overall coproduction deal between T Group and Osbourne Media,” said Osbourne in a statement. “Jenny and her team are not only creative but constant professionals. I finally found a home where I can continue to grow as a producer and TV host.”

Daly added: “Jack brings an incredibly strong creative background across all unscripted genres as well as innovative branded projects and relationships to the table. He is a great extension of T Group and our combined talents make for a powerful team.”
